For G2Architects, we had to design and print a stamp that can then be used to print their logo into concrete tiles.
Because the logo also consisted of a lot of small letters, we had to work with a release angle. The logo will then not be extruded completely straight but will slope by a difference of 5°. This way, the concrete will not catch on the shapes and the stamp can easily be removed after curing.
This method can be applied quite easily in Fusion360. However, there were still a number of shapes that, due to svg artifacts, do not want to extrude with a release angle.
The solution for this was importing the model into Blender3D and then manually modeling the release angle on the shapes.
Due to the size, we printed the model on our sidewinder X1 without a skirt.
