Antistatic 3D Printing Services Terms and Conditions

  1. Definitions
    • 1.1. Antistatic: Refers to the 3D printing company Antistatic, located at Molenstraat 9, 2018 Antwerp.
    • 1.2. Customer: Any natural or legal person who uses Antistatic's services.
    • 1.3. Services: Surface modelling, CAD modelling, FDM printing, Resin printing, post-processing of prints including, but not limited to, smoothing, spray painting, hand painting, and airbrushing.
  2. Offers and Agreements
    • 2.1. Antistatic will provide offers based on the specifications provided by the customer.
    • 2.2. An agreement is concluded after written acceptance of the offer by the customer.
  3. Payment
    • 3.1. Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.
    • 3.2. In the event of late payment, the customer is in default by operation of law and Antistatic is entitled to charge statutory interest.
  4. Intellectual Property
    • 4.1. Antistatic reserves the right to retain intellectual property with respect to the models and prints supplied unless otherwise agreed.
  5. Liability
    • 5.1. Antistatic is not liable for damage caused by incorrect specifications provided by the customer.
    • 5.2. Antistatic's liability is limited to the invoice amount for the service in question.
  6. Delivery time
    • 6.1. The specified delivery time is indicative. Exceeding does not give the customer the right to terminate the agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  7. Cancellation
    • 7.1. In case of cancellation of an order, the customer is obliged to reimburse the costs already incurred.
  8. Quality and Warranty
    • 8.1. Antistatic guarantees the quality of the services provided.
    • 8.2. Complaints must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery.
  9. shipment
    • 9.1. Products are shipped at the customer's expense, unless otherwise agreed.
    • 9.2. Antistatic is not liable for damage during transport.
  10. Storage of Customer Data
    • 10.1. Antistatic will treat customer information confidentially and will not provide it to third parties without permission.
  11. Invoicing
    • 11.1. Invoices are issued digitally, unless the customer requests a paper version in writing.
    • 11.2. Any corrections to invoices must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt.
  12. Payments
    • 12.1. Any disputes about invoices must be reported in writing within 14 days of the invoice date.
    • 12.2. In the event of late payment, Antistatic is entitled to suspend further deliveries.
  13. Delivery of 3D Models
    • 13.1. The customer must provide 3D models in an appropriate file format, such as STL, OBJ, or other formats specified by Antistatic.
    • 13.2. Antistatic is not responsible for loss of quality as a result of incorrect delivery by the customer.
  14. Reference Material for Surface Modeling
    • 14.1. In surface modelling, the customer must provide reference material if specific visual features are desired.
    • 14.2. Antistatic will endeavor to approach the design based on the reference material provided.
  15. Technical Drawings for CAD Design
    • 15.1. For CAD modelling, technical drawings with accurate specifications must be provided by the customer.
    • 15.2. Antistatic will carry out the CAD design based on the technical drawings provided.
  16. Applicable Law and Disputes
    • 16.1. Belgian law applies to these general terms and conditions and all agreements.
    • 16.2. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Antistatic is located.
  17. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
    • 17.1. Antistatic reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Amended terms and conditions apply to new agreements.
  18. Confidentiality
    • 18.1. Both parties undertake to treat all confidential information received during the cooperation confidentially and not to disclose it to third parties.
  19. Materials and Color Variations
    • 19.1. Antistatic cannot completely rule out variations in color and material properties when 3D printing. Colour variations may occur due to material selection and printing technology.
  20. Reproduction of Models
    • 20.1. The customer may not reproduce, distribute or sell the delivered models for commercial purposes without written permission from Antistatic.

Payment term & Complaints

Payment Terms and Complaints - Terms and Conditions - Antistatic 3D Printing Services

1. Application of the General Terms and Conditions
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to both the provision of services and the sale of goods by Antistatic.
1.2. By completing an order form or issuing an order, the customer accepts these general terms and conditions.

2. Payment term and Compensation
2.1. Payments must be made in full within 14 calendar days (+ three business days if not electronically) after sending the invoice.
2.2. In the absence of full payment within 14 calendar days (+ three business days) after sending the first payment reminder, the customer owes compensation by operation of law and without notice of default in accordance with the following calculation:

  • €20 if the amount due is less than or equal to €150;
  • €30 plus 10% of the amount due over €150;
  • €65 plus 5% of the amount due over €500, with a total limit of €2,000.

2.3. In the event of late payment, the customer also owes interest by operation of law and without notice of default in accordance with the statutory interest rate for late payment in commercial transactions (Article 5 (2) of the Act of 2 August 2002). This interest is calculated on the amount still to be paid.

3. Retention of title and transfer of risk
3.1. All goods and services provided by Antistatic remain the property of Antistatic until full payment has been received.
3.2. From the moment of delivery, all risks related to the goods and services provided are transferred to the customer.

4. Complaints
4.1. Complaints regarding invoices, deliveries or services must be reported in writing within 8 calendar days of the invoice date.
4.2. If complaints are not reported within the specified period, the deliveries and services will be considered accepted.

5. Suspension and Termination
5.1. If the customer does not fulfill its obligations, including payment obligations, in a timely manner, Antistatic reserves the right to stop further deliveries and services.
5.2. In the event of non-compliance by the customer, Antistatic may regard the agreement as terminated by operation of law and without notice of default.

6. Other Provisions
6.1. Antistatic assumes no liability for damage resulting from the use of the products or services provided by Antistatic.
6.2. Antistatic reserves the right to refuse orders without giving a reason.

7. Competent Court
7.1. In the event of disputes, only the courts within the jurisdiction of Antistatic's place of business have jurisdiction.

8. Final provision
8.1. Antistatic reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Changes apply to new orders and agreements.
