For Lubron, specialist in water treatment, Antistatic created a technical scale model of a water treatment plant. The model was developed to present the operation of the installation clearly and visually during trade shows and customer presentations.
From digital model to tangible installation
Based on the supplied 3D data, all components were first optimized and prepared in Blender. After that, the full model became locally produced in Antwerp using 3D printing.
The various parts were manufactured with FDM printing technology. For the finer technical details, we used a 0.2 mm print head, which made it possible to accurately depict even small structures and connections.
Corporate identity down to the last detail
The footplate was cut to size and forms the basis on which all installations are clearly positioned.
Each machine received a 3D printed label so that the various components can be clearly identified.
The labels became aware executed in black and white, so that they perfectly match Lubron's graphic style. The colors of the installations also follow the brand identity. The blue tanks, for example, were produced in the typical Lubron RAL-blue color, so that the model remains immediately recognisable.
Designed for use at trade shows
To present the model safely and professionally, Antistatic also provided the finish and protection of the scale model. The project came with a plexi bell and transport case, so that it can be used easily and safely during events and presentations.
The scale model was used, among other things, on the Maintenance — Pumps & Valves fair 2026 in Antwerp, where it helped visitors understand the water treatment plant quickly and clearly.
