The K40 laser cutter is a machine that has all the components to become a beautiful device. However, there are several questions when it comes to use and safety.
The entire machine has to be rewired because most of the wires were interwoven without insulation. So very dangerous.
Furthermore, there was also no good airflow inside the machine; the smoke makes the cut less accurate. That is why a complete redesign of the headline was also necessary.
Finally, there was also no sensory feedback for the heat from the laser tube and the cooling water. However, it is essential that these values are properly monitored.
